1AM Management is an event curation and talent company founded by Ray Voigt, who has spent 15 years in nightlife management — running rooms, booking talent, and producing nights that people plan their weekends around.
That run covers some of DC's defining club rooms — Fur Night Club, Lotus Lounge, Midtown Super Plex, and Dirty Martini — and festival and concert brands on both coasts, including High Life MF and Chalis California in Los Angeles, GREENHAUS and Flower Fest in DC, Reggae on Route 66, Reggae 420 in San Francisco, and the Blazers Cup.
Today 1AM works with venues, promoters, and brands as a producing partner: we bring the DJs and headline acts, and we produce the event itself — so one team is accountable for the whole night, from the first offer to the last song.
